Preparation Instructions
Preheat a lightly oiled pan to medium heat. Place chicken strips in the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes turning occassionally to allow even cooking. Preheat a lightly oiled BBQ to medium heat. Place chicken strips in the BBQ and cook for 10-15 minutes turning occasionally to allow even cooking. Preheat oven to 180 deg C (fan forced). Place chicken on a baking tray and roast for 15-20 minutes turning once during cooking. Lightly brush with oil first for best results. OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced).
