Preparation Instructions

Pan Fry / BBQ: Preheat a light oiled pan/BBQ to medium heat. Place chicken strips in the pan/BBQ and cook for 10-15 minutes turning occasionally to allow even cooking. Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced). Place chicken on a abaking tray and roast for 15-20 minutes turning once during cooking. Lightly brush with oil first for best results.

Consume or freeze before best before date. If frozen. Defrost prior to cooking
